Position: Technical Lead

Experience: 15+ Yrs.

Skills Required: -
· Thorough knowledge on Chemical Engineering principles and Calculations etc
· Good knowledge of troubleshooting of process plant problems and suggesting remedial solutions
· Tracking of process plant, equipment efficiencies like raw material consumptions, Utility consumption and wastes. Suitable solutions and identifying where the issues are and suggesting to bring back to the best in industry
· Finding out the root cause of process safety and operational issues in a structured manner and taking action to solve issues on permanent basis.
· Calculations of utility equipment efficiencies
· Find out the bottleneck in the plant equipment’s, process by efficient data management systems and debottleneck the plant
· Find out opportunities in the plant to increase the production capacities
· Evaluation of suggestions received from plant, calculation of expenditures & payback period,
· BOM and implement small projects in coordination with inhouse team
· HAZOP Analysis, Risk Analysis
· Documentation and implementation of ISO procedures, Responsible care practices and Process safety Management.
· Energy audit of the plant and individual equipment’s audit.
· Steam and water balance of the plant
· Preparation of SOPs
· Identify opportunity costing loss and find solutions.
· Benchmarking the plant against the best in class in the sector
· Loss Mapping of Raw Material and utilities
· Look out for bringing in latest technologies and process automation.
