Skill Set :

  1. Good understanding of microcontroller and its peripherals like GPIO, Timer, UART, I2C, SPI.
  2. Demonstrate good programming skills in C or Python.
  3. Exposure in using embedded development tools including IDE, programmers and debuggers.
  4. Exposure in handling Oscilloscopes, Signal Generators, Logic Analyzers, Multimeter.
  5. Exposure to understanding PCB schematic and layout.
  6. Exposure to PCB hardware circuit fault finding.
  7. Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  8. Be self-motivated and able to work in collaborative group environment.
  9. Be able to reach out to different stakeholders to solve any problem, as situations demand.
  10. Be able to work with multi-site cross-functional teams.
  11. Adhere to standards, guidelines and best practices.

Job Description:

This position involves micro controller based embedded system product testing.

  1. Develop Embedded firmware qualification test cases.
  2. Assist with development of automatic testing of embedded system.
  3. Execute test scripts on a range of microcontrollers.
  4. Accurately record test findings, in line with agreed procedures.
  5. Provide timely status reports on testing and findings to Team Leader.
  6. Acquire in-depth knowledge of relevant products.
